Custom Software Development for Your Business, Built to Order
Your stock lives in one spreadsheet. Customer details are in WhatsApp chats. Orders are in a notebook. Every week someone copies numbers from one place to another, and every month something goes wrong.
That is the point where custom software starts to pay for itself. It is a tool built around how your business actually works, not a generic product you bend your work to fit.
ExioCraftz builds these tools to order: dashboards, admin panels, inventory and CRM-style systems, integrations and automations. The two founders, Krish Grover and Aagam Jain, build it themselves.

What we build
What we build
Dashboards
One screen that shows what is happening in your business: orders today, stock running low, jobs pending, whatever you need to see. You decide what matters, and we build the view.
Admin panels
A back-end where you or your team manage things without calling a developer: products, prices, staff, content, orders, customers.
Inventory and CRM-style systems
Track stock, suppliers and movements. Track enquiries, leads, customers and follow-ups. Built around your process, with the fields and steps you really use.
Integrations
Connect the tools you already use so data moves by itself: your website, payment gateway, messaging, spreadsheets and accounting tools. What is possible depends on what the other tool offers, and we tell you early if something is not.
Automations
Take over the repeated manual work: send a reminder, update a status, create a report, pass data from one system to another.
Demo
Demo example: the Ember & Plate dashboards
To show what we mean, we built Ember & Plate, a restaurant ordering demo. It is not a client's restaurant. Behind the customer-facing menu, it has admin, kitchen and delivery dashboards: one place to manage the menu, one for the kitchen to see incoming orders, and one for delivery. Each part gives a different person exactly the screen they need.
That is what custom software is: the right screen for the right person, connected to the same data. If you run a restaurant, see our online ordering system for restaurants.
Fit
When custom software makes sense
Ready-made software is often the right call. If a standard tool does the job, use it. Custom starts to make sense when:
- You are forcing your process into a tool that does not fit it.
- You use several tools and copy data between them by hand.
- You need your own rules, roles or reports that standard tools do not offer.
- You want to own the system and shape it as the business grows.
We will tell you if a ready-made tool is the better answer for you. It is better to hear that now than after you have paid for a build.
Process
How we build it
- Talk. You describe how work happens today and what slows it down. We ask who uses it and what they need to see.
- Scope and quote. We write down what will be built, what will not, and send a written quote with cost and timeline. Nothing starts until you agree.
- Design. You see the screens and flow before we build, and can change them cheaply at this stage.
- Build in steps, test with your team. We build it in parts so you can try real work early and tell us what to adjust.
- Launch and support. We stay on after launch to support, maintain and improve it.
What affects the timeline: how many types of users and screens there are, how many other systems it must connect to, how clear your current process is, and how fast you give feedback. Starting with the most important part and adding the rest later is often the sensible way.

Questions
FAQ
What is custom software?
It is software built specifically for your business, around your process, instead of a generic product you adapt to. Examples are dashboards, admin panels, inventory tools and CRM-style systems.
What kinds of tools do you build?
Dashboards, admin panels, inventory and CRM-style internal tools, integrations between systems, and automations of repeated manual work.
How is this different from buying ready-made software?
Ready-made tools are quicker to start and often enough. Custom software fits your exact process, rules and reports, and you own it. We will tell you honestly if a ready-made tool suits you better.
Do you have an example?
Yes. Ember & Plate is a restaurant ordering demo we built, with admin, kitchen and delivery dashboards. It is a demo, not a client's restaurant.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the scope, so we do not publish fixed prices. After a short conversation we send a written quote with scope, cost and timeline, so you know the amount before work starts.
Can you connect it to tools we already use?
Often, yes. It depends on what the other tool allows. We check early and tell you what is possible.
Will you support it after launch?
Yes. We stay on after launch to support, maintain and improve what we build.
